Cancellation

In the rare case that the Retreat cancels the event for unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the Retreat's fee will be issued to the participant. We are not able to cover any costs incurred by participants for transportation or accommodations, so please organize your travel and insurance with this in mind.

Refunds

45 or more days prior to the retreat start date, I will be charged a $150.00 Cancel Fee. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded.

30 to 44 days prior to the retreat start date, I will be charged a Cancel Fee of 15% of the reservation total. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded.

14 to 29 days prior to the retreat start date, I will be charged a Cancel Fee of 30% of the reservation total. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded.

Fewer than 14 days prior to the retreat start date, I will forfeit the entire reservation total and no refund will be provided.
